Both the Hexayurt Project and the How To Live Wiki are private projects funded by User:Vinay Gupta and User:Lindsey Darby.
We are not a charity, but we are accepting donations to continue our work. While nothing we do is particularly expensive, it is incredibly time consuming and our passion and interest for it verges on obsession. It's hard to divert time from cracking the last remaining problems on a global housing solution to such minutia as earning a living.
So if you'd like to ensure that this work goes all the way to completion, please consider funding us. There are three ways you can do this:

How we will use your money
In practice, unless the donations are quite large (say, $5-10k) they'll go into keeping us afloat while we put in the time and effort it takes to do the work we do. Larger donations could be funneled to specific pieces of work such as producing a hexayurt construction video ($25k or more), doing the long term test ($10-20k), materials research ($10k?) and so on.
